Instagram Music and Reels are now available in the Philippines, marking the first time the service has been made available in the country.

Users can create and edit 60-second short-form videos with Reels, a new in-app video editing tool in Instagram that was launched on Wednesday (27/10). Users can use Reels to level up their creative skills and entertain people around the world.
Speeding up or slowing down portions of the video and audio, using a timer and countdown, inserting timed text and stickers, aligning objects across clips for seamless transitions, and applying touch-ups are just a few of the editing tools available. All of these videos can be shared via Instagram Stories, Direct Messages, News Feeds, and the new Reels tab.
Following the launch of Reels and Music, the company has expanded its music and audio library, which will be available for use in conjunction with user-generated content. This was made possible through a partnership with FILSCAP. Users can incorporate the new feature into their videos by using stickers and lyrics.
