A collab between a trap legend and an upcoming artist duo in the leftfield bass space is exactly the kind of team-up we like to see (and hear). Mr. Carmack holds the title for being perhaps one of the highest profile Pinoys in dance music today, a pioneer in the trap genre. Shanghai Doom is a duo that’s been rapidly making waves in the leftfield scene – which has been closely intermingling with trap these days. “Ripper” is a product of these minds coming together and it’s got us buzzing hard.
