It’s surreal. Just a year ago, I was on the other side of the DJ booth at URBN Makati as a regular, watching other artists perform. Now, playing there myself feels like a dream realized. The fact that the venue boasts world-class equipment like the CDJ 3000s and DJM-A9, alongside my fellow Midnight DJs, makes it even more special. It’s a significant point – not every place I’ve played at offers such cutting-edge gear, and the Monday night vibe is just incredible.

For us at Midnight Rebels, the past two years have been an exhilarating journey as we’ve had the privilege of curating their Monday nights. URBN Makati has provided a fantastic platform for our artists to freely express their creativity and, most importantly, have a great time doing so. Our collaboration has also blossomed into a thriving podcast venture, with over 30 episodes recorded within the club’s vibrant atmosphere, each one brimming with positive energy.
