OVER 200 DJS TO ATTEMPT THE WORLD’S LONGEST B2B FOR MENTAL HEALTH

PIRATE.COM recently announced that they will attempt to break the world record for the greatest number of DJs spinning back-to-back in a single set, with over 200 DJs in total. The goal of this effort is to raise money for the music mental health charity KeyChanges.

Music has the ability to bring people together in a positive way. This power is magnified when it comes to assisting the noblest of causes. When this happens, wonderful things can happen. With the help of PIRATE.COM, an ambitious event is being organized with the goal of setting a new world record while also raising funds for the mental health charity KeyChanges. The attempt to break the world record will take place on Saturday, September 25, at PIRATE Tottenham, and will be broadcast live on Twitch. The goal is to break the world record for the largest number of artists performing b2b in a single set by breaking the previous record. PIRATE.COM has enlisted the help of over 200 DJs to carry out this mission, and they are inviting anyone who is interested to participate in this fundraiser in support of mental health. To participate in this initiative as a DJ, you must first register here.

All funds raised at this event will be donated to the KeyChanges organization. This is a music mental health organization that provides assistance to the community by collaborating with local hospitals. KeyChanges provides support to young people who are suffering from a variety of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and psychosis. With the proceeds from the event, the hospital hopes to raise £5,000, which will be used to fund a year’s worth of weekly music activities for young people who are suffering from mental illnesses. All contributions are gratefully accepted and can be made here.

With the collaboration of eott and Last Night A DJ Saved My Life, PIRATE.COM is able to bring this event to life. Both organizations are well-known for their work with causes related to young people in crisis and mental health. With a focus on the community, PIRATE.COM is a global network of 24-hour studio spaces. They believe that everyone should have the opportunity to express their creativity through music, and this is exactly what they have been able to do in their studios. Visit the PIRATE.COM website for more information if you want to play a more active role in this cause and participate in it as well.
