[ EXCERPT ]

Filipino rapper Ez Mil, who currently resides in Las Vegas, has just released a brand-new single titled "27 Bodies." This song is another track that will be on his upcoming sophomore album titled "DU4LI7Y."

Ez Mil’s “27 Bodies”: A Lethal Remake

Ez Mil’s latest track, “27 Bodies,” released on June 24, is a powerful remake of his 2020 YouTube freestyle, “Dalawampu’t Apat Na Bala (Bara) 24 Bullets Bars.” This new version builds upon the original, showcasing Mil’s growth and artistry.

A Year of Milestones for Ez Mil

The release of “27 Bodies” follows other significant releases by Ez Mil. In March, he dropped the single “Re Up,” followed by a Tagalog track in April titled “Dalawampu’t Dalawang Oo,” a heartfelt dedication to his hometown of Olongapo City. That same month, he embarked on his first trip back to the Philippines, marking a personal and professional milestone.

“Performing in the homeland is very special to me because I haven’t done this before. I’ve always been proud to represent my hometown, my roots – I just want them to be happy and proud,”

From Viral Performance to Global Stage

Ez Mil first gained significant attention after his January 2021 performance of “Panalo (Trap Cariosa)” on the Wish USA Bus. While the performance garnered widespread praise, it also faced criticism, primarily due to historical inaccuracies concerning the Philippine hero, Lapu-Lapu.

Upcoming Performance at 1MX London

Ez Mil’s talent continues to shine on a global scale. He’s set to perform at the 1MX event in London on July 30, 2022, alongside notable artists like KZ Tandingan, Darren Espanto, and Bamboo. This performance highlights his rising global prominence within the music industry.
