2 MCs 1 Mic: Sheds Light on Dirty MC Hygiene in QC
Just another typical night out in QC turned into an issue that highlights the importance of proper hygiene in the nightlife industry. Recently, us here at Midnight Rebels, received a complaint from an MC who was concerned about the hygiene habits of another MC at a club in the area.
According to the complaint, the MC in question had a noticeable odor coming from their mouth, which was causing the microphone to become wet and smelly. This not only created an unpleasant experience for the audience but also posed a potential health hazard, as sharing microphones can spread germs and bacteria.
At Midnight Rebels, we take issues of hygiene very seriously and prioritize the safety and well-being of our patrons. We advise all MCs to prioritize their personal hygiene and cleanliness when using shared equipment like microphones. This includes brushing teeth, using mouthwash, and keeping the microphone clean when passing it to the next MC. We believe that such measures will ensure the safety of our performers and patrons.
In addition to the hygiene issue, the MC also disclosed that during the performance of the other MC on DJ Khaled’s “Putang Ina, Alak Pa” track, the MC screamed unintentionally spraying spit into the air..This caused a partygoer to make a disgusted face which could have potential repercussions, as the MC also represents the bar.
As performers, it is important to recognize the impact that our personal choices can have on the health and safety of others. By prioritizing personal hygiene and cleanliness, we can create a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.
If you struggle with excessive saliva or bad breath, it is important to take action to address these issues. In addition to practicing good oral hygiene, you may want to consider bringing your own microphone to events or performances to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria. If the issue persists, it may be time to schedule an appointment with your local dentist for further evaluation and treatment. By taking these steps, you can ensure that you are not only providing a quality performance but also prioritizing the health and safety of those around you. Check out Ramirez Dental Clinic.
