Celebrate 30 Years of Fête de la Musique in the Philippines

This year marks the 30th anniversary of Fête de la Musique in the Philippines. This monumental event brings together diverse sounds and genres across multiple stages. Electronic music fans are in for a special treat with two dedicated stages showcasing distinct subgenres.

A House and Techno Celebration

The first stage, a collaboration with House Collab Underground, takes place on June 22 at Boogie Manila. This stage is dedicated to house and techno music, featuring a strong lineup of local talent.

A Bass Music Extravaganza

Presented by Continuum, the second stage will be held on June 28 at Hoesik in Poblacion, Makati. This stage caters to fans of jungle, breaks, drum and bass, UK garage, dub, and more. Get ready for a diverse array of artists showcasing their unique bass-heavy styles.

Fête de la Musique continues its tradition of promoting cultural exchange and musical celebration, presented by Alliance Française de Manille, B-Side Productions, FunkyBeat Entertainment, and the Embassy of France to the Philippines.

Personally, I am looking forward to Muk’s set at Boogie Manila, and the Ezzrei back-to-back set with T33G33. My inner raver, yet introvert self, is telling me to get the heck out of the house and celebrate Fête!
