Calle Con 2022: A Quick Guide
Since its inception in 2019, Calle Con has become a significant event in the urban community. It successfully unites prominent local clothing lines, artists, and figures from the local urban culture. Calle Con’s inaugural event was groundbreaking, featuring 32 live acts and 54 local brands, attracting over two thousand street culture enthusiasts.
After a three-year hiatus, Calle Con is back with an expanded two-day festival. This year’s event, held at Metrotent in Metrowalk, Pasig City, includes:
- Two stages
- Over 100 live performances by top Filipino hip-hop artists
- Over 100 local streetwear brands
- Ten streetwear fashion shows
- A Game of SKATE Tournament
- An all-styles dance competition
Calle Con represents a major comeback for live events in the Philippines, showcasing the biggest event in Philippine Hip-Hop. It’s presented by Rekta Sa Kalye, Midas Music and Entertainment, and TMP Productions.
