Chainsaw Man Anime New Key Visual, New Trailer ⁠— Premieres August 5th

Today, the official website and Twitter account for the upcoming Chainsaw Man TV anime went live, unveiling a brand new key visual for the upcoming series and also announcing that a new trailer and first cast information will be unveiled during a MAPPA stage event on August 5 at 8 PM Japan time. Both pieces of information can be found on the official website and Twitter account, respectively. On the MAPPA YouTube account, there will be a live webcast of the event.

Meanwhile, the manga version of Chainsaw Man is currently making its way through Part 2 of the story, and the most recent episode of the series has given Asa Mitaka a mystery new acquaintance! Tatsuki Fujimoto has finally made her comeback with the second installment of the series this Summer, after taking a vacation after the completion of the first part of the series. The initial few chapters of this new stage of the manga have been released, and readers have been introduced to a new main character, Asa Mitaka, who will be taking the stage in this particular iteration of the story. Her followers are getting a better understanding of who she is as she learns more about her school life and the challenges it presents.
