Between now and January 6th at 11 a.m., the Epic Games Store will be offering all three Tomb Raider reboot games (Tomb Raider, Rise of the Tomb Raider, and Shadow of the Tomb Raider) for free on the Epic Games Store. If you download them from the EGS, they are only available for Windows, but they are complete versions that include all post-launch DLC.
It is possible that your experience with the games will differ. Some will consider Rise of the Tomb Raider to be the series’ centerpiece, while others will be less enthusiastic about Shadow of the Tomb Raider. In addition, expect to spend a significant amount of time crafting in between adventures. These were solid releases in their entirety, and they represented a return to form for a franchise that many believed had gone astray in recent years. To put it another way, they’ll make for excellent training tools for when Uncharted: The Lost Legacy comes to PC.
