This year, on the 17th of January 2022, Toge Productions will mark its 13th year in business. Toge Productions began their journey with flash games in 2009, before progressing to the development of PC and console games later that year.
Toge Productions expanded its operations in 2017 by establishing a publishing division to connect with and publish games developed by other Indonesian developers. To help other up-and-coming Southeast Asian game developers, the company has also established the Toge Game Fund Initiative since its founding in 2008.
To commemorate this year’s anniversary, Toge Productions is holding its first Steam Publisher Sale, which will take place on November 15th. All of their games, including Ultra Space Battle Brawl and Necronator: Dead Wrong, will be available at discounts of up to 90 percent.
To give their fans a special treat, Toge is also releasing their upcoming game lineup, which includes Kriegsfront Battlescaper, Coffee Talk Episode 2: Hibiscus & Butterfly, and Vanaris Tactics.
Kriegsfront Battlescaper, which was released as a surprise last week, is a dedicated diorama editor that makes use of assets from Toge Productions’ upcoming turn-based tactics game, Kriegsfront.
Players will be able to customize their own mecha and design their own levels in which to pose these models in conjunction with one another. Players will then be able to take photographs of these dioramas, which will be enhanced with special filters to give them a truly cinematic appearance.
Toge Productions is also releasing an update to their vertical roguelike Rising Hell, which is currently in beta. Rising Hell is being developed by Tahoe Games, which is based in Kediri, Indonesia, and will be released in May of 2021, according to the company’s website.
The most recent update introduces a new character named Val to the game, who has a completely different set of skills and playstyle from the other three characters already present in the base game. Rising Hell is currently available for purchase on Steam at a 20 percent discount.
Additionally, in addition to all of the celebrations on Steam, many of Toge Productions’ games will be available at a discounted price on GOG.com and the Nintendo Switch eShop throughout the week-long anniversary celebration.
The 13th Anniversary Steam Publisher Sale, hosted by Toge Production, will run from January 17 to January 19, 2019.
