“Yearning for a steel body, Piplup goes to Gold’s Gym (beginner level)” is the title of the first video. It features Piplup as well as a Gold’s Gym trainer who teaches a simple training menu that can be completed in the comfort of your own residence. The beginner level is comprised of three 30-second exercises that anyone can complete in under a minute. Initially, you’ll perform a squat for 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds of side lunges. The third exercise consists of 30 seconds of twisting from elbow to knee.
Once again, these were straightforward exercises for people at the beginning of their training. Please keep an eye out for the next video, which will contain exercises for the intermediate level.
