Zagreus from Hades – the critically acclaimed video game that was originally released in 2020 on Windows, macOS, and Nintendo Switch – is the latest character to be transformed into a Nendoroid figure by the company. The figure was created to commemorate the game’s one-year anniversary of its release.
Good Smile Company, a Japanese manufacturing company that specializes in the production of plastic figures, recently announced on their official Twitter account that a new Nendoroid based on the son of Hades will be released.
Players and critics alike continue to be impressed by the game, despite the fact that it has been out for a year. Recently, fans on Reddit were ecstatic to discover a food chamber reward. Numerous awards have been bestowed upon the critically acclaimed game, including five DICE awards, the Nebula award for best writing, Game of The Year at the Game Developers Choice Awards, and the title of top-rated game on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
Hades is an action role-playing game in which you take on the role of Zagreus on his journey to Mount Olympus from the Underworld. Throughout the course of the game, you will receive gifts from the gods of the Olympians. Hades is currently available for purchase for $24.99. It is compatible with the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S consoles.
In other news, Zagreus isn’t the only character to have been turned into a Nendoroid in recent years. In the RPG sim game Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin, Princess Sakuna is the spoiled harvest goddess, and she has recently been transformed into a Nendoroid figure. Yu-Gi-Oh’s Dark Magician Girl is also being turned into a Nendoroid, which will ship next month.
