Grado Labs and Pokémon Center have collaborated to create a unique pair of headphones that will add to your collection of Pokémon merchandise.
Grado Labs, an audio manufacturer best known for its hand-crafted, top-of-the-line headphones, has introduced two new models of their signature Prestige Series SR80x headphones. The first of these is the SR80x, which is available in black and white. One pair features an aluminum frame with either a Poké Ball or Pikachu silhouette on the side, while a stylish wooden pair with the same specifications is also available.
Grado Labs has also incorporated cutting-edge technology into this groundbreaking collaboration. The earpads have a redesigned housing, which allows for improved ventilation and comfort. Also included are four-generation X drivers from the company, which have been meticulously tuned to the housing in which they are installed.
The headphones are available for purchase on the Pokémon Center’s website, with the metal version starting at $295.99 and the wooden version starting at $495.99.
Since the beginning of this year, the Pokémon Company has been on a roll with its musical crossovers. Recently, they collaborated with Vince Staples, CYN, and Mabel to create an EP of original music inspired by the iconic Japanese video game franchise, which was released earlier this year. Then they brought in ZHU to create remixes for the songs.
